Mr. Mirza has extensive experience in training, Micro Finance Management, development and design of systems and procedures of finance, corporate governance and related fields. He is member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP) and The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (UK).

From 2002 to date he has enjoyed different positions with PricewaterhouseCoopers, Pakistan Tobacco Company and The First Microfinance Bank Limited.

Besides working in his professional capacities, Mr. Mirza trained over 150 managers of Khushali Bank in the areas of financial management and financial analysis of the branch operations throughout Pakistan.

Mr. Mirza has written articles for The Pakistan Accountant (magazine of ICAP) and Focus (News letter of ACCA Pakistan). He has served on Members Advisory Committee of ACCA Pakistan for over three years.

Mr. Mirza has been teaching Business Strategy to the students of the Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Pakistan as well.
